These are the BEST Sheet Pan Greek Nachos! This recipe is crazy simple to make and utterly satisfying to eat, with delicious toppings in every bite.

For whatever reason, a delicious thought popped into my head the other day: Greek Nachos. Has it been done? I'm honestly not sure, but I knew I wanted to make some of my own.
What makes these "Greek Nachos"?
These sheet pan nachos are inspired by Greek flavors. Instead of tortilla chips, we used pita chips. You will not find sour cream atop these nachos, but instead Tzatziki sauce. In addition to the pita chips and Tzatziki sauce, there is a variety of Greek staples such as Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.
What's in Sheet Pan Greek Nachos?
These delicious sheet pan nachos start with the layering of pita chips on a baking sheet. The chips are then covered with a seasoned ground beef (or lamb) and two cheeses before they are baked in the oven. After the cheese has melted, these sheet pan nachos are loaded with delicious toppings.
- Pita Chips - The most well known brand is Stacy's .
- Ground Beef or Ground Lamb - Plus, a tablespoon of olive oil for cooking.

- Cheeses - Shredded white cheese (provolone, white cheddar, or mozzarella) and crumbled feta.

How to make Sheet Pan Greek Nachos:
Time needed: 25 minutes.
Sheet Pan Greek Nachos
- Preheat the oven.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cook the meat.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat one tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef (or lamb) and minced garlic. Cook until the meat has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to season the beef as it cooks with the granulated garlic, dried oregano, and salt & pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and drain the extra fat.
- Bake the nachos.
Spread out the pita chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with the ground beef (or lamb), making sure it is evenly spread out. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and then the feta. Place into the oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the toppings.
Top with the diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives. Evenly dollop the Tzatziki sauce in various locations. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
Tips and Recipe Substitutions:
- If you are missing the ingredients to make Tzatziki sauce, you can simply dollop plain Greek Yogurt or hummus atop the nachos.
- As stated above, most fresh herbs would be great here. I had fresh cilantro in the fridge, so that is what I used. But, chopped mint or parsley would pair beautifully with the flavor profile of the nachos.
- The beauty of sheet pan nachos is that every bite has equal quantities of cheese and toppings. No worrying about finding the best bite! Make sure to evenly spread the toppings throughout.
