Frequently Asked Questions
Avoid reheating leftover quesadillas in the microwave. The reheated quesadilla will become soggy. The best reheating methods are in the oven, on the stovetop, or in the air fryer. Reheat the quesadillas at a low temperature until heated through and slightly crispy.
Use high-heat cooking oils like avocado, canola, or vegetable oil. You can also use ghee, butter, or olive oil too.
