Instructions
1 - Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
2 - Mix the oats, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
3 - Whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
4 - Pour the milk-egg mixture and melted butter into the bowl with the oat mixture and stir to combine.
5 - Stir in the strawberries and almonds just until incorporated.
