Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz jar of quartered marinated artichoke hearts drained, reserving 1 tablespoon of liquid
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, drained artichoke hearts, and the tablespoon of reserved liquid into a food processor. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated, with small pieces of artichokes remaining. *Alternatively, you can mix the dip by hand in a large bowl. Chop the artichokes before blending them in with the other ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch oval baking dish (or 8-inch baking pan) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with chips, crackers, toasted bread, or raw vegetable sticks.
