Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe bananas about 2 bananas
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips *add more if desired

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl until creamy.
  • Mix the peanut butter into the mashed banana until completely incorporated.
  • Mix the oats and chocolate chips until everything is combined.
  • Transfer the banana-oat mixture to the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer.
  • Bake the banana bars for 20-25 minutes, until set and golden brown. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing them.
