– 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats – ⅓ cup light brown sugar packed – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1⅓ cups milk whole, coconut, almond, or oat – 1 egg room temperature – ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 2 tablespoon unsalted butter melted – 1 cup strawberries diced or sliced – ½ cup almonds chopped – For Serving: Maple syrup and almond butter

Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray, and set it aside.

In a large bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.

Pour the milk-egg mixture and melted butter into the bowl with the oat mixture and stir to combine.
