– 9 oz sweet potatoes peeled and sliced into wedges – 2 teaspoon avocado oil – ½ teaspoon paprika – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoon salt

Using a chef's knife, slice each potato in half lengthwise. Slice off the ends.

With the cut side down, slice each half in half lengthwise.
Finally, slice each quarter in half.

In a medium bowl, toss the potato wedges with the oil. Sprinkle with the spices and toss again to coat.

Transfer the seasoned potato wedges to the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, or until desired crispiness. Turn halfway through cooking.
