– 9 oz sweet potatoes peeled and sliced into wedges – 2 teaspoon avocado oil – ½ teaspoon paprika – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoon salt

Using a chef's knife, slice each potato in half lengthwise. Slice off the ends. With the cut side down, slice each half in half lengthwise.

Slice each quarter in half. *The key is that all of the wedges are the same size for even cooking.

In a small bowl, stir the seasonings together. In a medium bowl, toss the potato wedges with the oil. Sprinkle with the spices and toss again to coat.

Transfer the seasoned potato wedges to the air fryer basket and cook at 400° F for 10-15 minutes, or until desired crispiness. Turn the wedges halfway through cooking.

*Do not overcrowd the basket. Allow space between each sweet potato wedge. If needed, heat them in separate batches.
