Avocado Tuna Salad
Avocado Tuna Salad is a delicious blend of softened avocado, tuna, and fresh ingredients. It is perfect for healthy lunches, scooped atop toasted bread, or greens.
- 1 ripe avocado cut into pieces
- 1 7oz can tuna drained
- ¼ cup red onion minced
- ¼ cup celery minced
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
- 1½ tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine, gently smashing the avocado into the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
