Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

This dressing is subtly sweet and slightly tangy. It comes together in a matter of minutes and pairs beautifully with salad greens.

Ingredients
  

  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until emulsified.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • You can also make this dressing in a mason jar. Place all of the ingredients into a jar, secure the lid, and shake until everything is incorporated.
