Easy Honey Butter

This Honey Butter is delicious on toast, muffins, and biscuits. It's subtly sweet with the lovely flavor of honey.

  • ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt


  • In the bowl of a standing mixer with the paddle attachment, whip the butter until soft and fluffy.
  • Add the honey and salt, and whip until well combined. Remove from the bowl and drizzle with additional honey, if desired.
  • Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.


  • You can mix by hand or use a handheld mixer as well.
  • If using salted butter, omit the added salt.
