Easy Honey Butter

This Honey Butter is delicious on toast, muffins, and biscuits. It's subtly sweet with the lovely flavor of honey.

- ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In the bowl of a standing mixer with the paddle attachment, whip the butter until soft and fluffy.
Add the honey and salt, and whip until well combined. Remove from the bowl and drizzle with additional honey, if desired.
Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- You can mix by hand or use a handheld mixer as well.
- If using salted butter, omit the added salt.
