This homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola is full of warm fall flavors. This simple recipe uses wholesome ingredients like rolled oats and pumpkin seeds. Perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack, one bite of this granola will bring you cozy feelings.

  • Preheat your oven to 325° F. Line a sheet tray with a Silpat or parchment, and set it aside.
  • Combine the oats, pumpkin seeds, light brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice blend in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup and avocado oil. Using a rubber spatula, stir until everything is well coated and incorporated.
  • Pour the oat mixture onto your prepared tray. Flatten the granola down into a tight rectangle with your hands (and a sheet of wax paper) or a spatula.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Rotate the tray and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes more. Allow the granola to cool before breaking into clusters. You may have some bits that break off. 

Notes

Transfer cooled granola to an airtight container or jar—store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
