Crispy Air Fryer Frozen Broccoli

If you are looking for a simple side dish, look no further than this Crispy Air Fryer Frozen Broccoli! As its name specifies, this recipe uses frozen broccoli florets and the trusty air fryer. This easy vegetable side dish is ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt use more if desired
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. *If desired, preset the timer to 15 minutes as well.
  • In a bowl, toss the broccoli, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the broccoli is coated.
  • Transfer broccoli to the preheated air fryer and cook, turning halfway through. 
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve!

Notes

  • STORE - Store cooled broccoli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • REHEAT - While this vegetable side dish is best served immediately after cooking, it can be reheated for later meals. To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 350 - 400 F (depending on how quickly your air fryer cooks). Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes, or until heated through and crispy. *Or microwave broccoli for 30 seconds - 1 minute, until heated through.
