Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff is a deliciously sweet and creamy dessert. Each bite contains juicy strawberries, mini marshmallows, and sweet, strawberry-infused filling. Enjoy this no-bake recipe for dessert or as a side dish for a special occasion or holiday.
Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks using an electric mixer. Next, add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks have formed. Transfer the whipped cream to a separate bowl.
Whip the cream cheese and strawberry preserves in the same large mixing bowl with the same whisk attachment (no need to rinse) until light and fluffy.
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula. (Reserve ¼ of the whipped cream for garnish.)
Gently fold the marshmallows and strawberry pieces into the cream mixture.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the fluff in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve with the remaining whipped cream and additional fresh strawberries.
Notes
For the best whipping results, place your stainless mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the fridge or freezer. Make sure that your heavy whipping cream is cold.
