This Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Log is the perfect holiday appetizer. It's quick and easy. Serve with crackers or sliced fruit!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz goat cheese log room temperature
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries chopped
  • honey for drizzling, as needed

Instructions
 

  • Layout a piece of wax or parchment paper. Spread the chopped pecans and cranberries out onto the paper. With gentle pressure, roll the goat cheese over the chopped nuts and fruit, pulling up the paper if needed to assist in the coating. Continue this process until the entire goat cheese log is covered.
  • Serve immediately or chill until service.
  • For Service: Place onto desired serving tray and drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve with crackers or sliced fruit.

Notes

  • You may have extra chopped nuts and cranberries after rolling the cheese.
