Cocoa-dusted 2-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles are rich, decadent, and fudgy. This simple recipe uses only two ingredients and requires minimal prep work.
1cupunsweetened cocoa powderor Dutch process cocoa powder; plus more for dusting
Instructions
Microwave the sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe dish for 30 seconds. Transfer the warmed milk to a large bowl.
Sift the cocoa powder over the sweetened condensed milk. Stir the cocoa-milk mixture with a rubber spatula until well combined. Mix until a chocolate paste forms, adding more cocoa powder if necessary.
Sift cocoa powder over a sheet of wax paper. Pour the chocolate paste onto the cocoa-dusted paper and form it into a 6-inch-by-5-inch rectangle. Sift additional cocoa powder over the rectangle and refrigerate it for 1 hour or more.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into 30 pieces. Dust with additional cocoa powder, and enjoy.
