Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk 2% Milk, Nonfat Milk, Whole Milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • For Serving - fresh berries, nut butter, granola, honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oats and matcha powder in a jar or small bowl until the oats are coated in the powder.
  • Add the milk, yogurt, and maple syrup - stir until incorporated.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Top with garnish, and enjoy.
