½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats ½ cup milk 2% Milk, Nonfat Milk, Whole Milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Coconut Milk ¼ cup Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon matcha powder 2 teaspoon maple syrup For Serving - fresh berries, nut butter, granola, honey
Mix the oats and matcha powder in a jar or small bowl until the oats are coated in the powder.
Add the milk, yogurt, and maple syrup - stir until incorporated.
Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Top with garnish, and enjoy.
