PB and J Overnight Oats

Your favorite childhood sandwich made in the form of creamy oats. PB and J Overnight Oats are the perfect way to start your morning. Rich peanut butter-flavored oats marry with your favorite jam to recreate the classic flavor combination. This customizable recipe can easily be made vegan and gluten-free. Whip these up in just five minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk oat, coconut, almond, whole, 2%, non-fat
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon jam or preserves
  • Garnishes: peanut butter, chopped peanuts, fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or jar, mix the oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Stir until incorporated
  • Swirl in the jam or preserves. Note: You can swirl in the jam just before eating too.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Top with garnishes and enjoy!

Notes

  • STORE: Overnight oats stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to five days. Store servings individually in jars or air-tight containers.
