– All-Purpose Flour – Granny Smith Apples (peeled and diced) – Pecans (chopped) – Light Brown Sugar (packed) – Baking Powder – Ground Cinnamon – Salt – Unsalted Butter (cubed and cold) – Heavy Whipping Cream (cold) – Milk – Pure Vanilla Extract

Whisk together the dry ingredients.

Cut in the cold cubed butter, then stir in the apples and pecans.

Pour in the heavy cream and gently form a dough.

Shape the dough into two equal-sized flattened disks.
