These Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars are addictively sweet! The mini chocolate chips and toffee bits pair perfectly with the blondie-style base.

These cookie bars are beautifully sweet from the brown sugar base and yummy inclusions. They are reminiscent of blondies in flavor from the large quantity of brown sugar in the dough.

The bars are buttery and sticky good! The toffee bits and mini chocolate chips can be found in every bite.

Ingredients in Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

    • Dry Ingredients: All-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt are whisked together before being incorporated into the buttery sugar mixture.
    • Butter/Sugar Blend: Compared to regular cookie dough, this dough starts with melted butter and brown sugar. This process and combination are what give these bars the blondie taste.
    • Inclusions: As specified in the title, mini chocolate chips and toffee bits are stirred into the dough before it is poured into its pan. This delectable combination is what gives these cookie bars their sweet appeal.

    How to make this recipe

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and parchment line an 8-by-8-inch square pan.

    4. Pour the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix until completely incorporated. Fold, or stir, in the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits.
    5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
