– 2 cups rolled oats – ½ cup protein powder – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon salt – 1⅓ cup milk – 1 egg room temperature – ⅓ cup maple syrup – ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 2 tablespoon unsalted butter melted – ⅓ cup pecans chopped – ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray, and set it aside.

Whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
